Please read the terms & conditions carefully to avoid any further inconvenience during your stay at Ragala Resorts. By confirming the booking & payment the customers will be agreeing to all the T&C mentioned.
- 50% advance amount to be paid during booking (non-refundable). 50% to be paid during check-in.
- The tariff is inclusive of government taxes applicable.
- Two(2) people booking will only be accommodated to adults aged 21 years and above. Aadhar/License of at least 2 guests need to be submitted during check-in for safety purposes.
- We have standard check in & check out timings. Check in 2 PM & Check out 11 AM
- Any member count exceeding the booked guest count will be charged according to our standard pricing.
- Children aged 5 years & above are charged with standard pricing.
- Outside food and hookah strictly prohibited at our resort.
- Advance paid is non-refundable.
- The Management holds the right to cancel a booking in case of any unforeseen emergency, or maintenance issue at the property. An official email from the team & refund will be initiated in these cases.
- We strictly do not serve alcohol at our resorts.
- Abusive behavior towards staff will not be tolerated.
- Damage to the property (this includes all utilities of the ragala resorts such as kitchenette, appliances, furniture and accessories) will be charged additional to the customer.
- We DO NOT charge customers on hourly basis. Mandatory standard charge for additional member count accessing the space irrespective of the duration of stay.
- For your convenience we have arranged the parking in front of the premises. We take NO responsibility for any damage or loss of your vehicle in the parking.
- Guests are NOT allowed to play loud music keeping neighbors concern in view. Guests are requested to smoke ONLY in outdoor spaces. Smoking indoors will be subject to charging FINE.
- Due to unforeseen circumstances we do not allow pets, we are NOT pet-friendly properties.
- Cancellation & Refund Policy – Ragala Resorts
- We strictly DO NOT offer Refunds under any circumstances. The booking amount paid (cash/credit) by the customer is Non-Refundable.
- For re-schedule, our team needs to be informed minimum 3 days in prior to the arrival date. If not informed before 3 days we cannot offer re-schedule too.
- Refunds or last minutes re-schedules will not be offered for any personal reason of the customer
- No refunds or re-schedules will be offered in the case of customer “no show” on the booking date.
- Reschedule can only be done on availability dates.
- The price applicable on the re-scheduled date will be applied. For example, if weekday date is booked initially and you are looking to re-schedule to a weekend date, additional amount as per the weekend price needed to be paid to confirm re-schedule.
- Please read the Terms & Conditions carefully before confirming the booking. Once the booking has been confirmed, the guests are liable to abide by these rules.
